Our Mission Site Council is the group of parents, teachers, staff members, and a school board member charged with making the decisions for the long-term and overall running of Harborview Elementary School. It is the link between the school and the school board. The Site Council participates in setting up the budget for the upcoming school year, sets long-range goals, and makes final decisions on issues that affect the entire school, after consultation with staff and with parents. Representatives to the Council are elected in the spring. To email a representative click their name. Site Council meetings are open to the public, and parents are encouraged to attend to express specific concerns regarding the operation of the school.
