Open Library at Glacier Valley School

As a part of our Title 1 program, the GV library will be open on Thursday nights from 6-7 pm. During that time, parents and students can check out books, visit with a librarian, use a computer, or take AR quizzes. It is also a great time to find new ways to support your child’s school and learning.

Special speakers will give a presentation once or twice a month. When we have a presentation, we will also have childcare so parents can bring their children with them. Topics of the presentations will be coming soon. All the presentations will focus on the six ways parents and schools can work together: parenting, communicating, volunteering, learning at home, decision making and collaborating with the community. Look for more updates on this program in future newsletters.
