Ms. Frangos’ 3rd & 4th grade class studied folktales from all over the world before choosing a story to tell at an evening Storytelling Festival for family and friends during one of Glacier Valley Library’s literacy nights. 

Students had many opportunities to practice telling their story, including visiting other classrooms as traveling performers.  During art, students used pastels to create the setting of their story, which was used as the background for these videos.  Please see our Storytelling wiki on our Collaborative Wikis page for details of this unit.
