       Isn’t Juneau a wonderful and beautiful place to live?  I found it to be so beautiful that after finishing college at Eastern Washington University with a BA in K-8 Mathematics Education, with a minor in Reading, I just had to come back!  As a product of the Juneau Education system, I have always wanted to come back and be a part of the same system that encouraged me to do and be my best.  This will be my sixth year teaching at Dzantik’i Heeni Middle School. I am very excited and enthusiastic about working with the same group of teachers and a new group of students.

In addition to being part of this wonderfully talented group of teachers, this will be my sixth season coaching the Boys’ Basketball team for our school.

I look forward to meeting and working with you and your student this school year.
